N:After it rains, straw, faint lemon, chalk.
P: Grass, Straw, chalkiness, lemon pith,
A very nice but not spectacular champagne. Goes down easy. Nothing in particular stands out, glad to have it for sure. Pre gumbo celebrating that we’re all still here.
