RIP Paul. This champagne is gorgeous. One hundred percent pinot this is a banging champagne that I not only love bit love to drink. The carmal and purity of this wine mark it as one of pedigree. Stunning effort I wish I had more.

Tight, fruit is fresh and bright, lemon curd, mineral and balanced. Lovely.

Like carbonated fruit loops at first, but settles into something much more interesting. Loads of ripe strawberry, baked bread, and a hint of honey. Good acidity, and refreshing finish.
