Medium ish to fuller bodied Pinot Noir. It was very dense and jammy black fruits on the nose at first but after around 30 minutes, it eased up all the unknown nuances and opened up a lot more earthy and floral notes. Light acidity and tannin with a bit tart and spicy finish. I feel like this Pinot can hold up a few more years and still be enjoyable.
