Patz & Hall
Alder Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir
Powerful, deep and toasty. Dense yet polished in its presentation. Kirsch, milk chocolate and smoked meat fill the nose. Full bodied that shows it's ripe and richness of sweet tannins, plum, blackberry and currant. Velvety smoked finish. Well crafted wine.

Feb 22nd, 2017This was one of the better Patz & Hall wines I’ve had for some time, which says a lot due to the very consistent quality of all their offerings. A little citrus on the nose with raspberry and pomegranate followed by a dustiness and slight Smokey character. Good mineral character on the palate with bracing acidity and fine tannins. Flavors of bright cherry and well integrated oak on the finish this wine is drinking really well and should for at least a couple more years. Most Burgundian like Pinot from Patz I’ve had had yet.
