Val de Mer Petit Chablis Chardonnay

This is a lovely wine from one of the masters of premier and grand Cru Chablis, Patrick Pizza. Lean, cleanly mineral on the nose, crisp well-balanced acidity in the mouth. Great wines by the glass at B&G Oysters

Acidic, strong minerality. Yummy with oysters.

Crisp citrus, bright, zing! at first. Softened a bit as it warmed showing more peach and flower notes. Better closer to red wine temp than white.
