Last bottle of my little lot, and I saved it for a special occasion. Showed pretty well. Significantly more advanced than previous bottles, but not full-on premox. Strong acidity and mushroomy nose gave this a lot of character. Will remember fondly

So basically I flew to Hong Kong so I could drink Piuze's first vintage. This did not disappoint! Wow. Amazing nose, very balanced, great acidity. James Suckling rated it 93 at lunch. Rocked with a truffle dumpling!
