Classic Chablis aromas of granny smith apple, crushed oyster shells, brine, and Kimmeridgian chalk. Light and freshing on the palate with strong lemon and brine notes with hints of cream. Delicious. Vineyard just outside Chablis, but basically a Chablis. Just as good as the Grand Cru, but not quite as fruity or complex.
