This wine is actually produced with fruit that is sourced JUST outside of Chablis. I’ve always been a fan of the producer- and this one caught me off guard because of the traces of oak that line the canvas of a beautiful wine. Particularly for its price.

Nose has a touch of honey, Meyer lemon, white flowers. Refreshing acidity. Tons of minerality, lemon and touch of honey again. This has room to develop, but drinking so well right now. Did I say refreshing!?

This is tasty. Nose of Meyer lemon and honey suckle, honey dew and green apple skin. The honeydew really comes out on the palate. The acidity is definitely there, but a bit toned down. Great with salmon and roasted garlic with pesto pasta.
