2009 Vintage. 12.5% Alcohol. Lovely citrus meets minerality. Needed time to warm up from refrigerator temperature to give up it’s bouquet and allow the wine to breathe. Beat sips at the end of the bottle so decant or cellar another year or two. No premox here.
