Nov 10th, 2014Deep chocolate burgundy color, brick starts showing at the edge, initial whiff full of mint and oyster mushroom, it then gives away to incense, leather, cranberry, hibiscus, dark plum, pepper, cacao & germanium, full body with velvety tannin, and balanced acidity, tastes of mineral, charcoal, dried cranberry, dark chocolate, prune, tobacco, and walnut, long and elegant finish.
