Feel like this needs to be blended into a cocktail. As a floral white wine bitter. Intense oranges on the nose. Peach and orange flower water, roses. Very dry on the palate. Somewhat bitter from the white skin tannins. Only 9%alc. tastes as if it’s 3%. Light and thin.

Nose has mashed apricot, orange peel, white pepper, honey, loose black tea and slight celery leaf notes.
Palate has white pepper on dried apricot, warmed honey, white flowers, red sandstone and light herbal traits. Interesting, drying on your palate.

Unique. Honey and orange blossom on the nose. Surprisingly dry. Herbaceous. Ceylon black tea on the palate with tannins to match. Enjoyed further as wine came to temp.
