Drank at flour + water. Like an Etna rossa but quite generous fruit. Paired with everything on the menu.

Super sharp acidity, crushed river stones and cigar box. I could drink this some more, alas it's gone.

What an interesting wine. It was a heck of a journey from fist sip to last! Still plenty of aging potential

A pale translucent red but not lacking in flavour. Lovely herbal notes and a full palate. Slightly drying finish.
