Slightly yellow, but almost the color of mineral water. Hint of lemon and some floral element on the nose. Taste is simple and charming. Little bit of bite on the tongue, but mostly goes down smooth and easy. Crisp like an apple. Would be nice with apples, cheese and nuts.
