The wine definitely needs to be paired with some food. Surprisingly, we made a batch of popcorn with olive oils and garlic salt, and it paired beautifully. The acidity combinations gave notes of ripe tomatoes.

Good Cabernet from Argentina. A little thin but flavorful. Dry. Goes well with fire oven roasted porkshop.
