Frescura así puedo hablar de este espumoso del valle del Loira, se presenta con aromas de fresa y recuerdos de gominolas dulces , pero su boca resalta la frescura y una acidez muy pronunciada , cremoso y amplio muy apetecible y llama a seguir bebiendo. Particularidad de que su fermentación termina en botella. Me gusto mucho
