This is for the Clos Vougeot... Elegant, clean, and bright. Red cherry fruit, delicate tannins, perfect balance... A pleasure after the previous bottle we drank (Scarecrow 2011)!

Light burgundy in color, medium body, smells of salty meat, raspberry, black truffle and porcini mushroom, tastes of cranberry. Quince and bell pepper , a wine with great precision and in complete balance, cut through cheese and fat like a knife, long finish with slight earthy undertone, beautiful.
