Cuvée 21 Brut Cava Macabeo-Xarel-lo-Parellada

Slightly sweet but good round finish. Not overwhelming. Surprisingly this goes perfect with Canadian maple cookies. Delicious.

Clean and crisp. Citrus notes. Easy on the palate.

Simply having wonderful cava time
