This delicious Barolo from the 2000 vintage was a delicious treat and at age of 20 is is still full of life. The wine is well balanced, very elegant and sophisticated. The nose is a nice mix of black currents, black cherries, light touch of coffee and earthy notes, medium body, smooth and round. The finish is complex and delicious. My score 92, drink to 2024.
