Partida Creus
Blanc de Noir Blanc de Sumoll
Blanc de Noir from the rare sumoll grape. Young winery which has only recently turned totally natural, this still contains sulphur.
Nice salmon colour.
Simple nose: apple, pear, oat and a hint of flowers.
Med body with balanced acidity. Heritage apple palate. Lightest tannins and a light salty touch complementing the liquorice, violet and cumquat aftertaste.

A bit of natural funk on nose. Medium plus acid tart cherry underripe rad wry and some are my notes.

Mar 1st, 2017Full organic, no sulfur, no filtering - honey cloudy yellow color. Some stable aromas, mixed with fresh cumquat and white gooseberry citric nose. In mouth feels full bodied and heavy but also soft. The whole organic process made this wine kinda weird in compare to aromatic clear whites - it's rude like Little John but with clear soul and good heart. Worth trying.
