Oof this is good!!!! Minerally, oxidative/nuttiness, rocky, quince, orchard fruit, honeyed nose. Palate is dry, very mineral, honey, apple, pineapple, white pepper, med+ acidity, slight salinity and bitterness on the finish. Such a beautiful complex wine, definitely a treat!
