Light, earthy, smooth

Smooth tannins.probably the best wine I tasted at paradise ridge. Pretty concentrated.

Bought from the winery while in Sonoma. Delicious spicy and yet fruit forward. Delicious on its own or with food.

2012 vintage, just released. It is very nice Cabernet. Nice bouquet on the nose as I breathe it in. Raspberry and spice on the tongue, its soft tannins start to provide depth on the finish with a plumb taste.

Dark ruby to burgundy in color, smell of berries, mint, cacao, structured tannin with good balance, medium to long finish.

Nice and velvety, not too tannic

Astoundingly good for a '11 vintage Cab. I shall definitely be getting more of this to put away for a few years
