Papagiannakos - Saviatano old vines 2018
It smells a bit like a burgundy chardonnay : there is a bit of butter, a bit of vanilla and some lemon. One can sense a bit of chalk too. But there is also a yellow fruit thing too. The palate is rather vertical with a strong acid drive, some yellow fruits all along (pineapple, apricot) and a tangy finish with fruit. That's really enjoyable!
