The pale color of ginger ale. Restrained aromas exhibit golden delicious apple and apple blossom no apparent oak, lees contact, or mlf. Light body although round and tactile in the mouth, medium acid and medium alcohol 13% with no apparent heat. Juicy, slightly oxidized, red apple on the short and simple finish. Sounds boring on "paper" but has me craving a hard, salty, nutty chunk of cheese.
