Rustic, elegant nose. Dried cherry, dried orange rind, clay, and cranberry. Perfumed but still structured. Softening tannins with oranges and cranraspberry fruit. Old world charm. A really balanced Barolo - no sharpness or overly edgy tannin. Drink with a short decant. Blend of: Rocche di Castiglione (60%), Cannubi (20%) and Bric dël Fiasc (20%). Hence, Ca-Ro-Bric.
