I is for Inzolia, one of tbe three grapes blended to make Marsala. A little nutty, a little citrusy, a good bit of acid but the thicker body gives a deceiving perception of some sweetness. Nice as an aperitif before dinner, and the nutty flavors came out when paired with chicken marsala. #atoz2021
