Arboreus Umbria IGT Trebbiano
I love this wine. Spicy, peppery. Like syrah

Jan 25th, 2015Bit disappointing here, rustic grain quality that suggests something closer to a craft home brew beer. The complexity has not developed hete, nor has the sweet fruit character.

Jan 23rd, 2015Cloudy, like a craft beer. But a bold rustic quality here and an intriguing grain character to the wine. In the end, the wine starts to taste sour more than anything else, so maybe this is flawed.

Dec 31st, 2014This was all over the place last night. It had the benefit of 5 hours in a decanter, which really helped IMO. The entry as soft, elegant. I compared it to rolling in fluffy pillows. @Hadley Kemp backed me up on this and added lemon. @Simi Grewal was skeptical, but that's fair enough. By the end of the meal, though, it was distinctly unpleasant.
