Elegant nose, well-rounded tannins supported by notes of black cherry, cassis and a hint of spice. Beautiful BC Bordeaux blend.

With only 11% Malbec, it seems to have way more. Dirty licorice, blackberry, currant and plum on the nose. Very little acidity. Almost flabby but the finish shows powerful tannin. A bit bitter with cedar, dark chocolate, and underripe blackberry. Needs a decant if enjoying now.

Found this wine just ok. Well made but has green/unripe flavours. Isn't worth the hype.

2013 vintage, 10 years old and still tannic, vibrant and beautiful deep colour. High percentages of Petite Verdot is still evident

The intrigue here starts with the nose... On the nose, there's a ton going on with blackberry, mint, and eucalyptus... On the palate, this is fresh blackberry, raspberry, and a great red currant note. Very earthy and deep here... Big but powdering out tannin... Significant nutmeg throughout. A long, wispy finish.
