To me the ‘02 North Coast vintage was one of the best early drinkers I can recall. Just amazing vibrancy from the top producers. At age 17 this was very nice but lacked pop and fell off obviously on the mid palate. Drink now. Pop and pour.

This oldie was funky to start thought it was ready to go down the drain. Gave it about 2 hours and boy it just Flourished. very nice 🍷
