Mostly Tempranillo with a bit of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Loads of red fruit and some sweet spice from the new oak. The oak seasoning is not a drawback at all. The red fruits carry through to the palate with gritty tannins. This may be the winery's most modern style red, but I don't find that a problem, since the wine is well balanced.

Sweet and sour plum, fresh lavender, black Olive, leather cardamom pods, spicy cinnamon. There is obvious baby fat on the wine now adding to its deliciousness in the moment, but this wine has serious structure underneath. Really looking forward to seeing how this wine develops in the cellar.
