Nose is quite complex, with lilies, sweet red berry juice, smoldering cinders, and sandstone. It attacks the palate with flavors and sensations but not weight. Intense cracked stone minerality, dark piercing cherry fruit, a slightly bitter note to balance the lingering finish. A really good value and flexible wine. Definitely showing its majority Grenache make-up.
