Excellent balance. Colour has gold reflection. True to type Jura in taste, slightly oxy, perhaps a bit difficult for novices, but a great joy for more experienced tasters. A very convincing chardonnay!

Deep gold in color due to oxidation. Faint notes of tropical fruits, grass and celery. On the palate, the acid is medium and there is a slight oily quality. It is a little tough by itself but pairs perfectly with Comte cheese from the Jura.
