Even young, this needs time to stretch its legs. On opening, it definitely has some heat on it. Bramble fruits, black cherry and candied watermelon show on the nose, with touches of pepper spice and earth. Palate show impressive acid, and even though tannin is low, it's silky and round. After 45 minutes of air, the finish went from fire breather to pure elegance. 210 case production.
