Hadnt tried this one before. Compared favourably with La Ina Tio Pepe and other popular styles of fino but has a richness and depth of flavour which surprised me. It is actually made by Gonzalez Byass, not by Osborne, perhaps in Jerez rather than El Puerto as it's definitely not a lighter style. Great food fino, for me, and a good go-to if youre not splashing out on en rama...
