Interesting white blend. (Primarily Chardonnay) Lightly Oaked. Hints of apple and lemon zest with some tropical fruit flavors. Touch of vanilla on the finish. Well integrated. Good balance! Revisited in March 2021. Everything noted above still applies. This bottle noted a much creamier texture and the acidity is crisp. Straw gold color. Probably just past its peak but still delicious and interesting.

Was excited to try as I was curious what an OS white would be. Clearly done in the same style as the reds—big, bold, huge mouthfeel. The nose was muted, almost absent despite plenty of time to open. I was left with viscosity but not a specific fruit profile. Odd, because OS wines are so fruit forward.

Fun day spent with friends boating on the lake and grilling out by the pool.

I’ve always enjoyed this selection. Full-bodied, oaky, and expressive. Tropical fruits, citrus, vanilla.
