Fittings Grenache

2011 It was exactly what I hoped for on a Monday night...good fit for grass fed Marksbury Kentucky beef. Dark cherry, slight citric bite.

Big fan of Grenache, solid value and great flavor. Blueberry, cassis and some plum with a mineral finish

Dry and herbal. Dark cherries.

As our wonderful waitress at Louisville's Butchertown Grocery described, it was definitely itely "da bomb dot.com! Wonderful dark cherry, super silky - even better than I remember a couple years ago - this is aging well 😋.

Not to my taste. Astringent. Heavy tannin.

Great nose from the moment the cork came out of the bottle. Chocolate overtones with an earthy hint to round out the flavor. Had this wine at dinner with friend during restaurant week, and will buy it myself soon.

Under-ripe pear, bright floral overtones but spicy. Finishes with an unfortunate acidity. Pairs well best with soft shell crab.
