This paired amazingly with slow cooked ribs ~ melded with and heightened the bbq sauce!

Dark berries, bold fruit, dark chocolate, cinnamon spice, toasted oak. Bold but softer than expected.

Still has plenty of runway. Not sure it has even peaked yet. Very nice surprise. All components have matured together and oak is integrated and in balance.

Pretty good. Very jammy and bold. Would be good with smoked prime rib I think.

Starts cloying sweet. Burnt vanilla cotton candy. Overripe grapes. Kept sweet throughout the bottle. Pleasant to try, not my favorite.

Heavy vanilla. Enjoyed the latter sips from the bottle as opposed to the first, so could have used some time and/or decanting.

Excellent wine. Fruity but immaculate. Eminently drinkable. Will have again.

The front label is much more interesting and ties it all in to the movie of the same name. Gotta love Orin Swift.
