Blend of Cataratto (35%), Grillo (35%) and Inzolia (30%). Golden caramel color. Aromas and flavors of baked apples, pears and peaches. Toasted nut aromas and flavors abound. Reasonable balance. Light for a Marsala which makes it good for cooking. Better than I expected. Thanks for sharing a taste, Ron B!
