From WSJ box...We successfully identified this malbec and enjoyed its flavors. Like the French wood and black fruit. Like better than the Syrah.

Crafted by what many consider the "Magician" of Malbec. Deep, ruby red. Plum, dark berries, oak, and light extracts of vanilla, chocolate, or hazelnut penetrate the fruity casings that push the aromas forward.
The fruity tannins round the palete and create a dry journey of earthy tones and a slightly smoky, lingering sensation.
