Bitter, floral. It's the wine version of a super floral gin G&T, except for dry. To nitpick, I could use a little more acid, but insanely refreshing and varietally accurate.

Cloudy pale yellow-green. Super tiny bubbles, full body, lemon-lime flavor with some honeysuckle flowers. Tastes like the world's finest lemonade. Cool stuff!
