This Pinot has an underwhelming strawberry rhubarb oak nose that hints at a cherry and oak flavor. I'd suggest that the oak is a bit overdone, and not sure that I'd pick this again if by itself. It did, though, pair well with Chinese take out...perhaps I'd do that pairing again.
