A ruby red with a floral nose, sharp pepper also present. A strikingly different palate when compared to the nose, very acidic with healthy(medium to strong) tannins leading into unripe fruit, specifically dark plums. Certainly a pleasant wine, balanced and drinkable. Not the depth of an older wine or cabernet sauvignon still excellent. If I could use two words to describe it: neat and flavourful.
