A garnet red with mineral, oak and red fruit on the nose. The palate imparts healthy acidity and a soft tannic structure that leads into red cherry and a delightful, crisp finish. The texture is smooth but not creamy. As with most merlots however it does feel somewhat muted and lacks the depth of other varietals. At least those that I've had. Thus not necessarily a favourite. — 9 years ago
Purple-red with fresh green pepper on the nose. Good acid and mild, ripe tannins leading into green pepper once again. Some almost candy-like notes present also. Truly a characteristic cabernet sauvignon with great balance; all round excellent wine. — 9 years ago
Pale yellow. A mineral and spice (almost peppery) nose, somewhat interesting on a white, but not unpleasant. Good acid with light tannins, notes of green apple, cognac. Also a little herbaceous. — 9 years ago
A ruby red with a floral nose, sharp pepper also present. A strikingly different palate when compared to the nose, very acidic with healthy(medium to strong) tannins leading into unripe fruit, specifically dark plums. Certainly a pleasant wine, balanced and drinkable. Not the depth of an older wine or cabernet sauvignon still excellent. If I could use two words to describe it: neat and flavourful. — 9 years ago
A deep burgundy with chalk and ripe, almost stewed fruits on the nose. The palate provides mild acidity and rough tannins, unripe. This is not unpleasant at all however. Red cherry is present. Certainly drinkable and enjoyable, but I'm tempted to say some more aging could be beneficial. — 9 years ago
Purplish red. A powerful nose with deep, complex aromas, somewhat difficult to quantify however a touch of smoke and spice are notable. A pleasantly acidic palate with soft and ripe tannins, creamy mouth feel. The smoke exists on the palate as well, accompanied by ripe red berries. A rich and flavourful wine (not by any means an average type cab sauv) that is pleasant to drink. — 9 years ago
Straw yellow with a nose of apricot and sweet golden delicious apple. Fairly acidic in the most pleasing way, at the sweeter end of the spectrum with a delightful fizz on the finish. A light texture coupled with this fizz make for exemplary mouth feel. Absolutely delicious. — 9 years ago
A beautiful garnet red, a sharp nose of blackcurrant and vanilla undertones. The palate is much lighter however with redder fruits. A satisfying acidity and very soft tannins, the texture is light and welcoming. Its certainly an easy drinker but I'm not sensing any hidden depth here. — 9 years ago
A deep red with purple on the fringes. Powerful, ripe, red fruit and sweet spice on the nose. Just the right amount of acidity coupled with a ripe tannic structure and silky smooth mouth feel. Once again the spicy, smokey note serves as an undertone.
A deliciously quaffable wine at an affordable price point. Certainly a good pairing for any red meat, especially barbeque. — 9 years ago

A garnet red with nose of black pepper. The texture is full and complimented by a healthy acidity that speaks of longevity. Powerful tannins lead into black pepper and tabacco. Well balanced, one of my favourites. Could still go a few years as well. — 9 years ago
