Nectarines, tart acid, i swear i smell ham. I know, what? Food friendly just grillin' and chillin'.

Nice Sauv if you like a less sweet more mineral type Sauv. This is my type if sweeter white. Just a little hint if slate, not to sweet but nice in the deck with a grilled salmon or even ribs to cut the BBQ.
