Still bright red fruit on day 4. Tannins seeming softer, but acidity is still very zippy. Way to go Olivier!

Dec 7th, 2014Young tempranillo vines at 900m elevation, aged 12mo in old French barrels and 6mo in tank. Arlanza is a very new D.O. approved in 2007. Bright and fresh style, with black cherry fruit and zippy acidity from the altitude.

Un vin très agréable, sans trop d'élevage, mais quand même un peu. Une belle touche de velours, une acidité très maîtrisée.
