A bit natural… so acid and bracing energy. Tomato vines, citrus and sour cherry, and a bit of cloves.

Discreet nose with gun powder and lemon. The palate is well balanced with acid a nice acid backbone and fruits all along (including white peach). Short fruity finish. Refreshing and thirst quenching. Quite different from the other vintage I had which was more mineral
