A somewhat unexpected stunner. Mostly Cab Franc, this wine boasted vivid red fruit flavors, including cherry and cranberry. It also had a great spiciness to it, with notes of clove and black pepper. Perfect pairing with Philly Cheese Steak! 85% Caberbet Franc, 15% Chenin Blanc. 6/27/23.
