Les Sétilles Bourgogne Chardonnay

"Totally hitting the spot" for 'recovery' brunch. Clean & lean with a sunny disposition; chives & tang; great acid, generous & simple mineral texture. On the mark for entry-level Burg.

Olivier Leflaive Les Setilles. Fuller-bodied than your average Bourgogne Blanc, and rather intense; its percentage of declassified Meursault speaks louder than its P-M. Requires some air to diffuse the sulfur, then this is dense and fleshy, though not lacking for acid.

2012. Nice companion to our seafood entrees.

Really dig this one. Bright acidity, a little minerality. A bit of lemon as well. Nice Bourgogne Blanc.

As a Red Wine lover, I give this the highest rating for a white wine ever!

Easy drinking approachable wine. Hubby says drinks like a sav blanc. Nice starter wine and only 15 euros at the Maison

$23 for a metallic aftertaste. not for me. better if served very very chilled. wouldn't get this again
