Toasty oak up front cherry fruit ( kind simple but nice )

Outstanding for the category. I think there is a decent amount of bottle variation after having like 6 bottles of this juice. This one was firing 💥

Toasty new oak aromas earthy cherry 🍒 wish the fruit wasn't as suppressed by the oak -still nice

Violets cherry earth wrap up in some bigger than avg. tannins

Violets, dark cherry, mushroom, spice, earthy minerality and nice acid.

Relatively new world in style.

Wasn't crazy about it to start, but with air it developed and was a pretty interesting experience relative to what it is.

Very serviceable red Burgundy for $25...

Weekend Burgundy is good too. Medium burgundy color in the glass. Initial aromas of dirty dirt and barnyard funk. A little touch of blue fruits and cherry powder. A sturdy lil Burg with incredible qpr. Letting it sit for a while allows the beautiful funk to calm down a bit. A little oak and herbs, blueberries and cinnamon, and muted strawberries. Not a showstopper but definitely more than good enough.

South of France makes everything tastes half a point better
