2010 bottle. So earthy, compost, wet stones and perfectly balanced.

Highlight from 3rd Coast Soif Needs time.

Rich, juicy, bitey and big. With some sizzle. Drank with beef tartare and ton of horseradish, which went well.

My tastes have changed since I first had this years ago. Still tastes like it did back then. Flawed yes, but it’s still sincere and honest.

Happy I bought this by the box rather than single. Superb earthy goodness!

Sour black and red cherries, red plum, blackberries, dried herbs and charred red roasted pepper. With its slightly peppery and wet gravel notes, it's nicely structured and pleasantly earthy.
