Dec 30th, 2016It floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee. It has a lot of flavors but it never fully opened up. Very light and flavorful , but I'm going to eat it another year or two.

Oct 5th, 2016Tannic and bitter with a lingering dryness on edge and middle of tongue. Tastes like plum and salty. High alcohol content. Smells like short rib. Very intriguing
